Hi, I’m Tamsin — an Integrative Psychotherapist specialising in Trauma, with over 20 years’ experience in mental health. Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals, couples, families and groups across many different settings from prisons and community charities to some of the most exclusive and well known rehabs in the world, both in the UK and internationally.
I offer bespoke treatment in a variety of formats exclusive to individuals wants and needs. This includes 1:1, couples, family, group and corporate services.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low mood, stress, relationship difficulties, addiction, trauma, repeating behavioural patterns or simply feeling stuck with no idea why, my role is to enable change through the process of understanding how things that happen in the past are tripping you up today — and more importantly how to shift them. My service is to suggest, steer and support you throughout.
